• Crypto mining services and participation programs
• Reward and referral programs

• Account and virtual balance management

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable plan information, participation requirements, duration, and associated risks before committing funds.

Participation in an investment plan does not eliminate the risks associated with cryptocurrency markets, trading activities, technology, mining operations, or other market conditions.

Vestinex may conduct or provide access to cryptocurrency trading activities as part of its digital investment ecosystem.

Crypto trading may involve market analysis, trading strategies, risk management techniques, automated or manual trading processes, and other methods designed to participate in cryptocurrency markets.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Prices may increase or decrease significantly within short periods of time, and trading activities may result in gains or losses.

No trading strategy, market analysis, algorithm, historical performance, or risk management method can guarantee future results.

By participating in services involving crypto trading, you acknowledge and accept the financial and market risks associated with digital asset trading.

Vestinex may provide cryptocurrency mining services or mining-related participation opportunities as part of the platform.

Mining performance and results may be affected by numerous factors, including:

• Blockchain network difficulty
• Cryptocurrency market prices
• Mining equipment performance
• Electricity and infrastructure conditions
• Network or protocol changes
• Maintenance requirements
• Technical interruptions
• Other operational or market conditions

Mining results may therefore vary over time and should not be interpreted as guaranteed future performance.

Payments, deposits, investments, and other transactions available through Vestinex may be conducted using supported cryptocurrencies.

Before initiating a cryptocurrency transaction, you are responsible for verifying:

• The cryptocurrency being transferred
• The destination wallet address
• The selected blockchain network
• The transaction amount
• Any other required transaction information

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Vestinex may not be able to recover cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect wallet address, through an unsupported blockchain network, or using an unsupported digital asset.

Blockchain network fees and other transaction costs may apply and may vary depending on network conditions.

Eligible investment results, trading-related allocations, mining-related rewards, referral rewards, promotional rewards, or other applicable amounts may be recorded in the user's Vestinex account balance.

The timing and method used to calculate or credit amounts may vary depending on the relevant plan, service, or program.

Users should review the specific conditions applicable to each service or program before participating.

Eligible balances may be withdrawn to a supported external cryptocurrency wallet, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions, security requirements, minimum withdrawal limits, network fees, account verification, and other platform requirements.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security verification when Vestinex detects unusual, potentially fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

You are responsible for providing a correct and compatible external wallet address and selecting the correct blockchain network.

Vestinex is not responsible for cryptocurrency that cannot be recovered because a user submitted an incorrect wallet address, selected an incompatible network, or provided incorrect transaction information.

Blockchain processing times may vary and are outside the direct control of Vestinex.

Vestinex may provide reward programs, referral programs, missions, promotional campaigns, interactive programs, points, bonuses, or other participation opportunities.

Individual programs may have their own eligibility requirements, rules, reward structures, limitations, expiration dates, and participation conditions.

Rewards obtained through fraudulent activity, duplicate or unauthorized accounts, manipulation, abuse, or violation of program rules may be cancelled.

Vestinex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue individual reward or promotional programs when reasonably necessary.

Cryptocurrency, digital asset trading, mining, and investment-related activities involve financial and operational risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Significant cryptocurrency price volatility
• Trading losses
• Changes in market liquidity
• Blockchain network disruptions
• Mining difficulty changes
• Technology or infrastructure failures
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Changes in laws or regulations
• Third-party service interruptions

Users should carefully evaluate their financial circumstances, objectives, knowledge, and risk tolerance before participating.

You should not participate using funds that you cannot afford to lose.

Any profit, return, reward, or earning applicable to an investment plan is limited to the amount, rate, duration, and conditions expressly specified in the relevant plan agreement.

Users are not entitled to receive any profit or return exceeding the amount or rate stated in the applicable plan agreement.

The terms presented in each plan agreement define the applicable profit structure, payment schedule, duration, and other conditions related to that plan.

Market information, cryptocurrency news, articles, statistics, educational materials, and other informational content available through Vestinex are provided for general informational purposes.

Such information should not automatically be interpreted as personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Users remain responsible for evaluating their own decisions and obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

Vestinex aims to provide reliable access to its platform and services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Software or infrastructure updates
• Technical failures
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Blockchain network conditions
• Third-party service interruptions
• Events outside reasonable operational control

Vestinex will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services as soon as practical.

You agree not to use Vestinex to:

• Engage in fraud or unlawful activities
• Access or attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent account information
• Create or operate accounts for the purpose of manipulating referral, reward, or promotional programs
• Attempt to bypass authentication, security, or platform controls
• Introduce malware, malicious software, or harmful code
• Interfere with the normal operation of Vestinex infrastructure
• Exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities, or platform defects for unauthorized benefit
• Use unauthorized automated systems, scripts, bots, or other methods to manipulate platform services

Vestinex may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account when reasonably necessary due to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraud or attempted fraud
• Suspected unauthorized account access
• Abuse of reward or referral programs
• Security concerns
• Illegal or prohibited activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Activities that may threaten Vestinex or other users

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Vestinex may provide information regarding the reason for an account restriction.

Certain Vestinex services may depend on third-party infrastructure, blockchain networks, cryptocurrency services, APIs, market data providers, hosting services, communication providers, or other independent services.

Vestinex does not control the availability, policies, performance, security, or operation of independent third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vestinex and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Vestinex is not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including extreme cryptocurrency market volatility, blockchain network failures, third-party service interruptions, or unauthorized activity caused by compromised user credentials.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to applicable conflict-of-law principles.

Vestinex may update or modify these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in services, platform functionality, operational requirements, security practices, or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be published on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of Vestinex after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
